    Usually allows more than one user with different access levels (such as business owner, finance officer, treasurer, chairman etc.) to access business accounts.
  4. Additional Features:
    Provides additional features such as multi-account management, customized financial reports for businesses, integration with corporate accounting systems, etc.
  5. Additional Security and Controls:
    Offers tighter security controls and requires multiple authorizations for significant business transactions, e.g. admin authorizes the account, treasurer initiates the transaction and the manager approves it so that the transaction can proceed
  6. Integration with Internal Systems:

  • Fill out the Bank Sumsel Babel Internet Banking Service application form which can be obtained at the Bank's Branch Office and attach photocopies of identity and other required documents.
  • Have a Bank Sumsel Babel ATM card to activate the internet banking application.

The use of Bank Sumsel Babel Internet Banking uses an Internet platform with a Web-based scheme (not an application) so that it can be accessed through a web browser on a Personal Computer, Laptop, Smart Phone, Tab and so on

  1. Admin (Manage Member, Level Management, Transaction Rule Management without transaction access)
  2. User Create (Transaction creator user level)
  3. User Approval (Transaction approval user level)
     For transactions using OTP and PIN is also an additional security

Simulation

  •  After the customer gets the User ID and Password for the first time, within 2 x 24 hours from the receipt of the User ID and Password, the customer must log in and must immediately change the initial password (default).
  • If the customer does not log in within 2 x 24 hours, the customer will not be able to log in to the Bank Sumsel Babel internet banking application and then the customer must re-register.
  • In conducting financial transactions through Bank Sumsel Babel internet banking, customers must enter the OTP and Transaction PIN in the internet banking application after entering the User ID and Password.
  • Customers must fill in all data required for each transaction correctly and completely.
  • The Bank is not responsible for any consequences arising from negligence, incompleteness, vagueness, or inaccuracy of data and instructions / orders from customers.
  • Every time a customer makes a financial transaction in internet banking, Bank Sumsel Babel internet banking application will always confirm the data entered by the customer and the customer has the opportunity to re-check and or cancel the data that has been filled in.
  • Transactions that have been confirmed “send” or “submit” and approved by the customer cannot be canceled.
  • Transaction data information that has been confirmed “send” or “submit” and approved by the customer will be stored in the bank's data center and is correct data and as evidence of instructions / orders from the customer to the Bank to carry out the transaction.
  • The Bank accepts and executes every instruction/command from the customer as a valid instruction/command based on the use of User ID, Password, OTP and Transaction PIN (for financial transactions).
  • The Bank has no obligation to examine or investigate the authenticity and validity or authority of the use of User ID, Password and Transaction PIN or assess or prove the accuracy and completeness of the instructions / orders, so that the instructions / orders are legally binding on the customer properly.
  • Every financial transaction instruction/command from the customer will be executed successfully by the Bank as long as there is sufficient balance in the customer's account.
  • For each financial transaction successfully carried out by the customer, the customer will get proof of the transaction in the form of a reference number from the Bank as valid proof that the transaction has been carried out.
  • The Bank will send financial transaction information data conducted through Bank Sumsel Babel internet banking in accordance with the customer's request to the customer's personal E-mail address.
  • At its discretion, the Bank reserves the right to change the transaction limit.
  • The Bank has the right to stop the Bank Sumsel Babel Internet Banking service temporarily or for a certain period of time determined by the Bank for the purpose of renewal, maintenance or for other purposes for any reason deemed good by the Bank, and for that the Bank is not obliged to be responsible to anyone.
