Together with the Specialist Eye Hospital, Bank Sumsel Babel Lights Up Thousands of Hopes in South Sumatra

Palembang, 2025 – Bank Sumsel Babel has continued its collaboration with the Specialist Eye Hospital of South Sumatra Province in a free eye surgery program. The program, which has entered its fifth year since 2019, demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting public health, particularly in addressing eye disease issues in South Sumatra.

While in previous years the program focused on cataract surgery, in 2025 the scope of services was expanded to include various other types of eye diseases. This year, Bank Sumsel Babel allocated Rp 350,000,000 to support the program's implementation.

The Deputy Governor of South Sumatra, H. Cik Ujang, expressed his appreciation for the continued collaboration.
