Bank Sumsel Babel (Bank Sumsel Babel) and the Bangka Belitung Regional Police (Polda Babel) signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

Bank Sumsel Babel (Bank Sumsel Babel) and the Bangka Belitung Regional Police (Polda Babel) today signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding Security, Law Enforcement, Enhancement of Human Resources Capacity, and Utilization of Banking Services. The signing of this MoU took place at an official event attended by the President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel (Achmad Syamsudin) and the Chief of the Bangka Belitung Regional Police (Irjen Pol. Dr. Tornagogo Sihombing, S.I.K., M.Si., CRGP).

This cooperation aims to strengthen the synergy between Bank Sumsel Babel and Polda Babel in various aspects, one of which is the security of vital banking service synergies and education on banking transaction security, collaboration in handling banking crimes including the proliferation of online gambling that uses banking services for financial transactions.

The President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel, Achmad Syamsudin, expressed his enthusiasm for this cooperation, "We believe that this MoU will bring many positive benefits to both parties. Improved security and increased human resource capacity will help Bank Sumsel Babel provide the best service to our customers. We are ready to synergize with Polda Babel in assisting in the eradication of extreme poverty, reduction of stunting in Babel, and addressing inflamed conditions in the Bangka Belitung island region."

The Chief of Police of Bangka Belitung, Irjen Pol. Dr. Tornagogo Sihombing, S.I.K., M.Si., CRGP, also added, "The collaboration with Bank Sumsel Babel is a strategic step to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in law enforcement and security. Furthermore, we hope that the utilization of banking services will support our operations more effectively. We appreciate this cooperation."

The signing of this MoU is expected to serve as a foundation for closer cooperation between Bank Sumsel Babel and Polda Bangka Belitung in addressing various security and legal challenges, as well as improving services to the community in Bangka Belitung.
