LAYING OF THE FIRST STONE OF THE BABUSSALAM SABIL BARAKAH MOSQUE (MASJIB BSB)
In providing maximum service to the community, Bank Sumsel Babel will build the Babusallam Sabil Barakah mosque which can later be used by all residents of Palembang City. Located at the Head Office of Bank Sumsel Babel Jakabaring Palembang, the construction of the Babusalam Sabil Barakah mosque (BSB Mosque) which means the Gateway to the Barokah Road was marked by the laying of the first stone by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. K. H. Ma'ruf Amin accompanied by the Governor of South Sumatra Mr. H Herman Deru and the President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel Mr. Achmad Syamsudin. The event, which was held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, also held the Inauguration and Inauguration of the South Sumatra KDEKS Management and South Sumatra MES Management as well as the launching of the ZISWAF Mobile Banking Service which is a Zakat, Infaq, Sadakah and Waqf payment service, through Mobile Banking Bank Sumsel Babel, where Bank Sumsel Babel has collaborated with The National Amil Zakat Agency for the Province of South Sumatra and the Indonesian Waqf Agency for the Representative of the Province of South Sumatra and the Marth_Booth Mosque by the Bank Sumsel Babel. "Alhamdulillah, we are very happy for the visit of the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia as well as laying the first stone for the construction of the Babusalam Sabil Barakah mosque or what will be known as the BSB mosque," said Mr. Achmad Syamsudin, President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel. "We also launched the Booth Mart which is a mini container as a place for mosque marbots and mosque youth to carry out economic activities to meet the needs of mosque visitors and the community around the mosque such as selling drinks, coffee, snacks, basic necessities and prayer equipment," concluded Achmad Syamsudin.
