PRESS RELEASE BANK SUMSEL BABEL GIVES CSR ASSISTANCE FOR CATARACT SURGERY FOR SUMSEL COMMUNITIES

Bank Sumsel Babel with its Vision To become a leading bank with superior performance, on Tuesday 31 May 2022 at the Special Eye Hospital in South Sumatra Province, was again symbolically handed over by the Main Director of Bank Sumsel Babel Mr. Achmad Syamsudin CSR assistance for cataract surgery to the South Sumatran Community with a value Rp. 498 million witnessed by the Governor of South Sumatra Mr. H Herman Deru and Director of the Special Eye Hospital for South Sumatra Province Mrs. dr. Lady Kavotiner Sp.M.

CSR Assistance for Cataract Operations was organized by Bank Sumsel Babel in cooperation with the Special Eye Hospital of South Sumatra Province and the Government of South Sumatra Province.

"This is the third year we have distributed Cataract Operation CSR assistance to the underprivileged of the South Sumatran Community in collaboration with the Special Eye Hospital of the Province of South Sumatra. This year we are providing assistance to 76 cataract surgery participants," added the Main Director of Bank Sumsel Babel, Achmad Syamsudin, who was represented by the Finance Director of Bank Sumsel Babel Samiluddin.

"Hopefully this CSR assistance can provide benefits to people in need," he concluded.
